Training. To deliver optimal service, our security force undergoes specialized training in tactical excessive force procedures, including the use of batons, Taser®, and Oleo Resin Capsicum.  In addition, our guards are all certified and well-versed in general security operations (GSO), state codes of law, customer service principles, Infant and Adult CPR/AED, and First Aid.

Screening. To recruit the best security personnel, our employees undergo a thorough screening, which includes: a criminal background check, drug testing, a credit check, a validation of personal data, and personal and professional reference checks.

Testing.  We maintain a team of highly knowledgeable security professionals by requiring our employees to successfully complete a written competency exam and an oral examination regarding security operations and procedures.

Site Inspections.  ASC site supervisors and project managers perform routine inspections to ensure that our security personnel are properly uniformed and providing the highest level of service.  In addition, routine review of security documentation and personnel records is conducted to ensure proper maintenance, and that state licensing credentials are current.

Quality Assurance Survey.  ASC submits a monthly Quality Assurance Survey to contracting officials of the client to ensure adherence to contract specifications.
